With todays higher line voltage and especially if it's oversized a bit I'd expect around 250-260VAC out. Into a choke say ~ 230VDC and into a cap ~ 350VDC with solid state diodes. Then get the Rat Shack heater transformer. Just an idea...too bad I didn't know about this idea earlier as I suppose it's a little late for such ideas.
