Nice post. I've been into photography for 25 years, both professionally and (mostly) as a hobby. I stopped trying to keep up with new equipment years ago, and now enjoy my old Mamiya and Graphic medium format cameras and just take pictures. More fun then ever! Also, my wife doesn't mind going on picture taking exploits, but don't want anything to do with Hi-Fi. Never could figure out why.
