That's more like 11c. Personally I am gratefull for this detailed and specific expression of an honest interpretation of how this forum should be moderated. Now everyone knows what is expected and how those expectations should be enforced.
In the matter of consideration for those conducting business along these lines; I think we all recognise that is a shifting set of conditions that is difficult to set and define a consistent pattern. Since money is involved it will always be a sticking point and setting the initial conditions for posting in the most narrow sense is the wisest course.
