That's what I found too. The grounding and 0.022uF caps did wonders. If you want to go even further, you can add an LC section to the power supply. I found the 230VDC B+ supply has 2.0v ripple, and when adding a 1mH coil and a 47uF cap, this was reduced to 1.4v. So you might want to add that and see how it sounds to you.
