Took some time to put the final touches on Jr. Unfortunately I wore out the batteries on my camera, so the finished photos will have to wait.

Putting the trim on is pretty straight forward. The only thing the presents any amount of challenge is bending the transformer covers so they look perfect. I cut down a piece of hardwood and clamp the flat trannie cover between the hardwood and a table. After getting the bend started, it was simply a matter of finishing the bend. When installing the covers onto the chassis, just make sure they are fully seated before bending the tabs. A few tabs are in slightly tricky positions, but just take your time and be careful. I used a flat ended punch and had no problems at all. Here is a look at my bending jig.

Otherwise, install the knobs and the bottom cover and your done. I did put locktite on the feet as they are certain to come loose. No need to every take them off, since they are mounted seperate from the bottom plate to chassis screws.

All in all a really good project. I will post a finished photo soon. I really impressed with the fit and finish of the unit, it does not have the look of a DIY project. The circuit board design makes the assembly really straight forward. Add to that a great sounding amp and this is a fantastic value.
