I'll tell you this - it's very well written. Not the usual "all around the mulberry bush" routine. Clear languange, and logically presented.
I've wondered how somebody could pull together the mass of stuff that's already in the public record in a coherent way - seemed way too difficult for the likes of me - but they did very well.
