Here's a link to the forumulas alone. I think some people probably like step-by-step instructions, and others might prefer just hittin' on the high points. Kinda like tech manuals that describe each of the steps to do a valve job as opposed to others that just show lash.
I've gone through some of these how-to pages and found some of them to be good but often just a little too verbose for my tastes. Other people probably like 'em just fine. But for those that just want a reference to the formulas, here they are:
