I agree with Bill. Connect all grounds directly to the negative terminal on the battery with a large conductor wire. See if that doesn't reduce the noise. If so, remove the direct battery ground connection to each component one at a time until you find the one that causes it. That one has high resistance to ground, causing it to float a little above ground when in operation. You may find this is the case with more than one component, so maybe the best way to handle it is to permanently install large conductor ground straps to the battery for each subsystem component.
