I understand 112db SPL from 1 watt is 100% efficiency. Question: assuming an array was made that had enough drivers to exceed 112db/w/m sensitivity, how can this be? Even if directionality is accounted for it still looks like at some point array gain should start to falloff. Have you seen this when high efficiency drivers are used and/or array size is increased?
