I emailed you that I'll take some photos tomorrow and make up a word or a PDF document showing exactly what I did. To do it right you need a scroll saw. It could be a hand saw but it would take forever. I tried my band saw, and my radial arm saw; the first just didn't cut tight enough and the radial destroyed the little tweeter, ripping it apart. The scroll saw did the best job.
