I have a Foreplay with all the upgrades, mods and stepped attenuators. I also have a ton of chip amps in my parts bin so I'll have to see if I have a 3875 and connect it to the Foreplay. Isn't a 3875 the chip used in the Gainclone? That and a high current 12 volt supply (like a car battery charger) would be real easy to put together. Sure sounds worth doing!

About the Stoetkit, I haven't received the one I purchased yet. The demo model was excellent, so I'm excited to get my kit. I imagine it will be around the first of the year, since I think it is coming from Heart in the Netherlands. When it arrives, I'll post a write-up and some photos of the assembly process.
