Can you buy keyboard stickers that have foreign characters on them? Like Russian for example? This would be an easier way to type a foreign language than re-setting the language on your computer, wouldn't it?
I have never known there is a keyboard with foreign characters but since I know no foreign language at the moment, I will just stick to my usual keyboard. Do these cost more? I'd love to have a look at one.
A keyboard for this purpose you would probably have to order. I have never seen one in a major retailer and I can't see small local stores having them in stock. There isn't the demand.

That's right. The demand for a foreign keyboard is high in the country where it's used and low in most other countries. So you would need to order a foreign keyboard because most places won't stock it locally.
