I read on your site:
"The five pi through seven pi are corner horn designs with 10", 12", and 15" woofers respectively."

Could a design with 18" woofers work?
Has it been tried?
What compromises would be made?

My goal is a system with a little more SPL using the corner horn design.

Sure, we've built them with 18" woofers. They're pretty much just like the 15" models, but larger. One I liked a lot used the JBL 2242 or 2245 woofer.

This is great. Could I please get the plans for pi7 and a little direction on how I might calculate making the enclosure larger?

You've got mail!

I've sent the standard plans and added an attachment that shows the dimensions for the bass bin for the JBL 2242 or 2245 woofers. Some other high-efficiency 18" woofers will work in this cabinet too - It's 7.5ft3 tuned to 30Hz.

Use the crossover, midhorn and tweeter as shown in the plans. Don't substitute drivers in those because they're more critical to the design. Options for midhorn and tweeter are shown in the plans.
