Someone has put up his home theater for sale. He tells me he is selling it because he got a surprise gift and it happened to be another home theater. He tells me he hasn't even opened it yet. Would you consider such an offer? It will definitely be at a discounted price.

I wouldn't mind purchasing a home theater directly from a person, as long as it was still well packaged. It is even much better when you are getting this from a friend.
