I built Professional IV last year. B&C DE250 where'nt a choice that time but I use them, finding them easily. I first matched them with their 45*90 B&C horns, but after some experiment i decided for RCF H100 which seems sound much better.

PS I'm really happy with my Professional IV now, driven by a 300B SE.

A modified "Little Caesar" from www.triodedick.com, which is a mu-foolower for the first stage.

Mainly i changed ecc99 with russian 6N6Pi (after few tryng) and use the second section of the double triode as firs stage. A stepped attenuator and an input selector transformed it in a fully integrated amp.

Today I tested a good improovment in my speakers. I would suggest it to you an to the other dyer if it wasn't so expensive.

A friend of mine gave me a couple of Great Heil Tweeters (unfortunately just for a test). I tried them with a firs order filter, an ASC 15u cap, without attenuation.

They sound amaizing.
Even if the cut is a little low. With an incredible "presence".
