I have a very basic question to ask. My question to you concerns the cabinet for the eminence Alpha 10. If I am to tune it to 30Hz. What size cabinet should I be builing?

You should download WinISD. I'm just getting familiar with it and it's a lot of fun.
You click on new project, library and find the speaker like Eminence Alpha 10. Follow the prompts to the box with the info.
When you double click on any of the values, your input, like tuning frequency or cubic volume will change the response on the graph and you can see the effect.
Cicking on any of the qualifiers, like mm, or inches, etc will change it.
There are tips you can call up, too.
Enjoy.
