they look like they would be similar to the Stage Series Theatre 4 pi(same components excepting the xover and horn flare).

They definitely look interesting. Not pretty, but interesting. Components used are respectable. As an example of nice looking speakers check out the Pi 4's at http://dsb.8m.com/pipics/4Pi_Theater_Garland_01.jpg. There are a lot of pictures of Pi 4's at http://dsb.8m.com/pipics/pipics.htm.

Reserve not met so the next question is what the reserve is. The seller talks about $480 into woofers/ compression drivers. 811's are another $100 but probably came with the Santiago cabinets. The crossovers $50-75 and cabinets ????

They look bigger than 4 Pi's but I couldn't find dimensions on the Santiago cabinets in the high efficiency or vintage forums. Definitely not as pretty as some of the 4 Pi's. New York address so you could probably pick them up to make sure you weren't getting ripped off with blown drivers etc.
