How can I convert the portsize of the Thermionic three into a diameter of 7cm?
Thank you for any reply.

Frank

The diameter of the port used in the Thermionic three π loudspeaker is 6.35cm. The port is very short - only 3.18cm long - so it is really just a hole drilled in a 3.18cm baffle. Here in America, 1.59cm thickness wood panels are common, so it is easy to form the right thickness just by gluing a small panel on the inside of the front baffle, and drilling a 6.35cm hole through it.

You can find adjustable drill bits that will make it easy for you to cut a hole this exact size.
