Does anyone out there have experience with owning different models of 80's Denon turntables? I have a Denon DP37F in excellent condition. Once it required service and I had to go 2 weeks without playing LP's which was torture. I have an opportunity to buy a DP62L (80's top of the line) in excellent condition at a ridiculously low price because it doesn't have a dust cover. Now I'd have a backup in case either of them required servicing or needed a new cartridge.

My question...are the Denon dust covers from the 80's model turntables interchangeable. Or better yet...is there a way to have new dust covers custom made if you require them?

Thanks!
