At least for the most part. A few tweaks here and there but it plays music and that's good for my first scratch build. Went for junkyard industrial on the look

A big thanks to Norris for all the help he's provided over the last two years. I think we are friends because we are both the quintissential procrastinators!!!!

That's awesome, Shane. Looks like a great job! I like the way you ran your wires, nice and clean. Bet it helps with hum reduction too.

Shane,

Good job. I imagine it's a bit liberating to get a complete
scratch build under your belt. You'll have to design the
next one yourself.

The output transformers look newish. I've always viewed Jef's
ability to identify and obtain the optimum old console transformers
as somewhat mystical.

Thanks Skip.

Yep, it feels good to actually have the thing work.

Yep, the OPT's are just some new Edcors. They actually do a pretty good job for the $$$.

Jef is a mystery to me as well. I have an email someplace where he described what color wires and such to look for in a couple of different OPT's from consoles. And which ones to avoid as well.

Shane, you've got that right, but I am worse than you at procrastination.

Thanks for sharing all of your time and pictures with me during this build. I enjoyed it allot, and learned something too in the process.

BTW, it looks as if you finished on my birthday, or posted here on that day.

I could not asked for a nicer birthday present.

congratulation on a job well done.

Now, on to the next mess, I mean amp. That is if you let me help you it is a mess.

Norris
