Hi all,

i have a dr103 (custom hiwatt100) and i had a home made 4x12 which i have cut in half, its now a 2 x 12 with 2 16ohm 50w speakers,
Which way will i have to wire it to make sure nothing blows..?

Well, wire those two speakers in parallel, you`ll get 8 Ohms/100W/2+12" box and connect it to...hmmm, yes - 8 Ohms tap!
(BTW, friend of mine uses 4-8-16 Ohms selector on his "Hiwatt" head with 8 Ohms cabinet like some kind of "tone" switch:-). Possible, but not really reccomendable with every amps/speakers...).
