About 1/2 way through the veneer. Trim the edges, shoot the edges, tape the leaves, iron the leaves, make glue, spread glue, clamp, wait a day....zzzzzzzz.
Getting there, tho'. You think Martinelli's Arezzo's took a few days? Hah!

Bill,
It looks like it is coming along nicely. I can't wait for you to finish them and hear them on the "Ella". Keep me informed of your progress, this looks to be one very nice set of speakers!

Bill -

Dude!

Those are really looking great! And I'm with George - The veneer looks like a slender woman...

Gotta love that Altec look on the other pair too.

Really great stuff!!!

Beautiful - Such an atractive veneer and good looking boxes. Can barely wait to see the final product...

Is that your living room you're building them in? The idea just boggles my mind. It's even worse than helping my friend rebuild his transmission on the kitchen table. Well it was a picnic table, but it was in the kitchen. His kitchen.

Striking patterns, they're already beautiful.

bin der, dun dat, BUTTTTTTT, 56 minutes south of Lima is this place.......even Pres. Bush had to wait at the bar for 40 minutes (don't believe it? look at "hours/directions")...NO reservations, and for some cuts, the waitress cuts the steak at your table...no dessert, either........they tell you there is an ice cream store next door if you want dessert..........
Folks, there is only ONE Pine Club......THE steak house................same knotty pine decor from back in the day.....Till, George, you would LOVE this place..........
