Now, these 2226's are 16 ohm and crossed at 1.6k with an 8 ohm Wayne special Pi crossover. They don't care!
I just ran the 'Police Live' SACD flat out from the 2.4 volt player thru 40 watts of amp into a 15X30 room and Holy Scheist!
An embarrassment of riches. These and the Altec 2226 combinations. And I was just reminescing/missing my former Theatre 4's which are awesome in their own right. I'm this close to ordering some Eminence Theatre 4 stuff and just switching back and forth, back and forth............................................................
