Hi Everyone,
The third meeting of our esteemed club will occur at 8752 E. 102 St, Tulsa, OK 74133, which coincidentally happens to be the current abode of your humble correspondent.

Directions:
The affair is to be held in a plan called Legacy Park, the entrance to which is gained by deftly turning onto 101st St., so that one is simultaneously East of Memorial Ave. and West of Mingo. Once this feat has been achieved, one looks for Legacy Park, on the South side of 101st St. After spending a moment taking in the comfortably pastoral surroundings near the entrance to Legacy Park, have your carriage make a Left as you enter the Gates, and the road will curve to the Right. Make a Right onto 102nd St.

My abode is third on the left; you will see a new dwelling being constructed directly in front of it, which makes for a grand view, not to mention nice construction type noises to augment any shortcomings in my music system.

As always, please feel free to bring beverages of your choice. I will offer up barbecued chicken, and dessert along with some basic beverages and sides. If you would like to contribute to the victuals, then please check with thine host, so we do not end up with an excess of potato salad.

Please feel free to bring your own equipment. It would be good if we could all bring a CD or CDs that we listen to a lot, as that will help us evaluate the different equipment we have.

I will have 2 systems set up: First: a mid Fi Cd player, with a push-pull vintage British tube amp, and a home made pair of full ranges, and Second: A mid fi CD player driving a pair of Klipshorns via a 2 watt SET (hand made by Steve Deckert, Esq. at his forge in Illinois).

If someone (hint hint: mark &/or phil) could bring along another SET amp, then we can connect it to my full ranges as well, and you won’t have to be subjected to listening to the vintage push-pull amplifier.

If people like we can substitute components in and put and check for differences they make.

Look forward to seeing you all there, folks. Happy new year, auld lang syne & all that jazz!

-akhilesh
